No Ceramic, No Glaze, No Paint to Fail

Because the pan is solid stainless, there is no glaze to chip, no paint to scratch off, and no enamel to expose. Scrubbing with hard brushes and industrial disinfectant will not break through a surface layer, because there is no surface layer to break. The satin or polished finish is mechanical, not applied.
