Xinhe Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd., a world-leading stainless steel product manufacturer, recently announced the official completion of its new building. The completion of this new building marks an important step for the company in improving production capacity and employee welfare.
The new building project took a year to build, with a total investment of RMB 4 million. It has six floors and integrates office, production, and leisure. The building includes multiple functional areas such as an employee office building, production workshop, chairman’s office, tea room, studio, gym, outdoor garden, and rest area. This upgrade not only optimizes the production process and improves work efficiency, but also provides employees with a more comfortable and modern working environment.
The commissioning of the new building will further improve the company’s overall production efficiency and employee satisfaction, and also lay a solid foundation for the company’s future international expansion. It is reported that the annual output of Xinhe Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd. has exceeded 10 million pieces, covering multiple product categories such as commercial kitchen equipment, household sinks, public facilities, and medical facilities, among which stainless steel sinks and commercial kitchen equipment are particularly popular.
To adapt to the growing market demand, Xinhe Company is accelerating the expansion of its branch factory in Vietnam and will put the new second plant into production in April 2024, with an output of 120,000 pieces. This expansion plan not only gives the company a stronger competitive advantage in production capacity, but also enables it to occupy a more advantageous position in the global market.
