Freestanding Stand That Needs No Wall Behind It

The open-leg frame bolts to the floor, not the wall. For renovation jobs — turning a storage room into a prep-and-clean station, or fitting out a leased space where structural work is restricted — that matters: there is no backing, no cabinetry, and no reliance on wall strength. The underframe stays open, so the floor beneath stays visible and moppable, and the unit can sit against a bare wall or in the middle of a room.

Drainboard Where the Room Allows It

A right-hand drainboard gives staff a place to stage sieves, bar mats, or small parts to air-dry without touching the floor. Where floor space is tight, the bare bowl-and-stand configuration ships without the extension.

Backsplash Matched to Shelf Clearance

Rooms with wall shelving above the sink usually specify a lower or no backsplash to keep clearance; units against a bare wall order a taller splash to protect paint from spray-back. Both are cut to the project drawing.

Bowl Depth, Gauge, and Grade

Standard bowl is 450 × 450 × 300 mm in 304 stainless, with 201 available where budget outweighs corrosion exposure, and 316 specified for rooms handling acidic produce wash-down, chemical cleaners, or coastal humidity that would otherwise pit standard-grade steel over time. Deck thickness runs 1.0–1.5 mm depending on expected load.

Leveling Feet and Caster Options

Adjustable bullet feet self-level on uneven floors — the normal case in older buildings and poured-concrete utility rooms. Facilities that repurpose the same room across shifts, or that run shared kitchen space across tenants, often swap the feet for lockable stem casters so one person can reposition the unit without tools.

Drainage and Faucet Layout

Bowls come with a 3.5-inch basket strainer and standard 8-inch on-center faucet holes on the backsplash, compatible with gooseneck and pre-rinse spouts. Faucet, strainer, and drain pipe are selected at order time rather than shipped as fixed defaults, so each unit matches the plumbing already on site.

Every CS01 is cut, welded, and finished to the purchase order — custom bowl sizes, non-standard drainboard lengths, and specific backsplash heights are the standard production process, not modifications. Production runs from Jiangmen, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam under one ISO 9001 system, giving ASEAN and Middle East buyers shorter lead times and preferential tariff treatment under regional trade agreements.
