The WT02-B is built as an integrated storage-prep system: a laser-leveled 304 stainless top, a 100mm rear backsplash that blocks grease and water from hitting the wall, and a solid flat undershelf welded to the same frame so it does not sag, wobble, or drift out of square after a year of loading 25-kilo bags of flour.

Most work tables treat the undershelf as an afterthought—a thin sheet of metal clipped to the legs that bows in the center after six months. The WT02-B uses a 1.0mm stainless shelf deck seam-welded to a perimeter frame, creating a rigid platform that stays flat under 200 kg of distributed load. That means ingredient bins, speed racks of sheet pans, or cases of wine can live below the prep surface without the shelf oil-canning every time you slide a box across it.
The shelf sits 400mm above the floor on standard builds, leaving enough clearance for a mop bucket or floor scrubber to pass underneath while keeping contents within easy reach. For bakeries and butcheries that store heavier stock, we can drop the shelf to 300mm or raise it to 500mm.

A Surface That Forgives Mistakes
The #4 brushed satin top hides scratches from knife work, mandoline blades, and metal tongs. Unlike mirror polish that shows every scuff, the longitudinal grain blends minor abrasions into the surface. Spilled vinaigrette, lemon juice, and deglazing liquids wipe off without staining because the 304 substrate contains 18 percent chromium and 8 percent nickel—enough to resist the acids found in a working kitchen.
The backsplash is formed from the same sheet as the top deck, not a separate piece caulked or screwed into place. That means no seam at the rear edge where marinades collect and ferment. It also means the backsplash can be pressed to any height—100mm for standard prep lines, 150mm for fry stations where oil spatter travels, or 200mm for wok lines.

Sizing for Real Kitchen Lines
Commercial kitchens are not built to catalogue dimensions. A 600mm-deep table might block a narrow galley line; a 750mm depth might be the only way to fit two prep cooks side by side. The WT02-B is fabricated to order in width, length, and height.
Popular configurations for reference:
-
1200 x 600 x 850mm: Standard single-cook prep station
-
1500 x 750 x 850mm: Two-cook shared surface for high-volume lines
-
1800 x 600 x 900mm: Tall ergonomics for 6-foot-plus staff or elevated equipment
-
1000 x 600 x 800mm: Compact fit for ghost kitchens and food halls
The shelf width mirrors the top, so a 750mm table gives you 750mm of storage below. No tapered frames that cheat you out of floor space.
Built Where Buyers Need It
Xinhe operates 52,000 square meters of factory space across Jiangmen, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Dual-source manufacturing lets us route orders to the facility that offers the best tariff position and shipping lane for your destination. European buyers benefit from Vietnam-origin CE documentation under relevant trade agreements. North American distributors leverage China factory capacity for bulk orders while using Vietnam production to diversify supply chain risk.
Every WT02-B is cut, formed, welded, and finished in-house. We do not outsource frames to third-party metal shops. That is why we can guarantee gauge consistency, weld penetration, and squareness on every unit.

Who Orders This Table
Restaurant equipment distributors in the U.S. and Canada stock the WT02-B as their standard mid-price prep table, pairing it with matching sink tables and corner fillers for complete kitchen packages. Hotel FF&E procurement teams in Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha order custom-height versions for their central production kitchens. Southeast Asian catering companies running central commissaries buy thirty to fifty units at a time for new canteen contracts.

The shelf is rated for 200 kg evenly distributed. For bakeries storing 25-kg flour sacks, we recommend the 16-gauge frame upgrade, which raises shelf capacity to 300 kg.
Can the shelf height be changed after delivery?
The shelf brackets are bolted, not welded, on standard builds. You can reposition the shelf in 50mm increments using the pre-drilled holes. Fully welded shelf configurations are available for permanent installations at no extra charge.
Is the backsplash welded or removable?
Standard builds have the backsplash seam-welded to the deck for hygiene. If you need a removable backsplash for island installations or temporary events, we can supply a bolt-on version with a silicone compression gasket.
What is the difference between 18-gauge and 16-gauge tops?
18 gauge (1.2mm) is standard for general prep and light assembly. 16 gauge (1.5mm) resists denting from heavy stockpots dropped from height and is recommended for butcher shops, hotel banquet prep, and any kitchen where cast iron cookware is common.
Can I add casters instead of bullet feet?
Yes. Stem casters with side brakes replace the bullet feet without changing the frame height. Locking casters are standard for mobile prep stations in catering halls and convention centers.
